An object that maintains a time-stamped buffer of data. The size of the buffer is arbitary, but the length of time spanned by the buffer is given by <limit>. A request with a specific time-stamp returns the first packet that is older, except if there is a packet that is newer by less than <margin>.
Configuration
limit=<data> sets buffer limit (0.1) margin=<data> sets the margin (0.0001)
