Class Rebound derived from Func (size <128> bytes)

A piecewise linear post-synaptic potential function. 

rising=<value>      duration of monotonic increasing period (0.01)
falling=<value>     duration of monotonic decreasing period (0.09)
height=<value>      maximum unweighted value (1)
rrising=<value>     duration of monotonic increasing period (0.01)
rfalling=<value>    duration of monotonic decreasing period (0.09)
rheight=<value>     maximum unweighted value (-1)
